I just wanted to say thanks to everything that tried to help Euphie yesterday. I'm glad she has so many caring friends.

Chief? I think I need the next few days off, if that's alright? I'm a little tired.

Someone else I care about shot me. It's starting to become a regular thing, isn't it? Maybe I should take that as a hint.

... it's so weird. My chest still hurts, even though someone healed me. Still bugs me, too. I have no idea who it was and I really really don't like that. I think I'd rather have woken up in the hospital all tubed up. At least I'd be drugged enough not to think about what Euphie did... well, not a lot, anyway. Now, I have all the time in the world to dwell on it. Gee, thanks, oh mysterious benefactor.

... I wonder how she's doing this morning. I don't remember a lot from yesterday.

Didn't think so. I'm..not gonna say "It'll be okay", because that's a bullshit way to comfort someone and not what you need.

Just..take care of yourself. Euphie's gonna want to make amends once she finds the strength to. So just worry about yourself right now.

It might be hard to talk to her. I hate that, but... God, it's all so damn stupid.

... Dean told me what happened this weekend. Is he really alright?

Honestly? I don't know. We've been trying everything and then some, and we still have no clue how to get him out. He's hurt, and he hasn't eaten in days...

... wait. He's still down there? He said I owed him a beer when he got out, but I thought he was in the hospital!

We can't get him out. We can't even get in there, no matter how much we dig. He's trapped.
