Ken hadn't left the hospital since he'd carried a much smaller Aya in. He'd paced and snapped at the nurses and been a general pain in the ass, but that was just Ken's way. Thankfully, if anyone else was around or when Aya was his younger self, he'd managed to behave himself, mostly. That didn't mean he was any less sullen.

Of course, anyone that knew him know it was a sure sign of his concern.]

[Dawn arrives back at the hospital room, having taken a small break. Her arms are full with candy and chips from the vending machine. And in her hand she holds a coffee carrier with three cups of coffee in it.]

Okay, so I couldn't decide what to get so I just got one of everything, plus coffee for everyone cause hyper in a hospital? That's a good thing to be. Also, I had to fight some lady for the last large coffee cup, you should have seen that! We drew a crowd and I was like nosy much? But I went all mini!not!Slayer on her and I am triumphant. [She dumps the plethora of sweets at the foot of Aya's hospital bed.] Lots of stuff to choose from.

Ohhh in a hospital it's best to shoot more for comfort food than for healthy food. Trust me. I have a lot of hospital experience. The only good thing a hospital can come up with is the jello and sometimes even that's a little bit iffy. I mean watered down much? Whatever.

[Buffy has a dual purpose in checking up on Aya. One is of course to check up on Aya but she's also checking on Dawn. She knocks lightly on the door and pokes her head in.]

[Mara waited for midnight before she left the house. As badly as she wanted to be there for Ken, she knew he would want her to make sure Euphie didn't go anywhere. But as soon as that clock finished striking midnight she was out the door and heading towards the hospital, looking for Ken. As badly as she hated being at that hospital, all the conflicting feelings it gave her Reaper senses, she'd gotten used to it from her consulting jobs. It also meant that she knew where they were likely to be and one quick check with the nurses confirmed it.]
